Design & Functionality
The DYNA M-flow operates using a Doppler-based microwave measurement principle. The sensor emits microwaves into the pipeline, which are reflected by moving particles. By analyzing frequency and amplitude variations, the system accurately determines mass flow rate while ignoring non-moving material buildup.
The system consists of a probe, DIN-rail mounted transmitter, welding branch, and DYNAvisual PC software. The probe is installed flush within the pipe via a welding branch, ensuring optimal measurement conditions in both vertical and horizontal configurations.
Total Crossed Beams
The microwave field generated inside the pipeline ensures full cross-sectional coverage, enabling comprehensive detection of all moving particles. This ensures consistent and reliable measurement regardless of flow distribution.
Beam Pitch Options
The system design allows adaptability to various pipe sizes and material types, ensuring flexibility in industrial applications with different flow dynamics and particle characteristics.
Intrinsic Synchronism
The measurement process is inherently synchronized through microwave signal processing, ensuring stable and continuous data output without mechanical interference or signal drift.
Operational Advantages
DYNA M-flow provides long-term stability, robust performance, and minimal maintenance requirements. Installation is straightforward, and commissioning is simplified through DYNAvisual software calibration. With analogue outputs, pulse signals, and communication interfaces, it integrates seamlessly into modern industrial automation systems, improving process efficiency, accuracy, and control.
