Visual Gas and Liquid Flow Monitoring
The FW Series Sight Glass Flow Indicator uses flow sensing propellers to provide direct visual monitoring of gas and liquid movement inside industrial pipelines. The impeller rotor rotates according to fluid movement, allowing operators to visually confirm flow presence and intensity without requiring an external power source.
Impeller-Based Flow Indication
The flow sensing propellers use an impeller rotor that responds directly to the movement of gas or liquid through the pipeline. This provides an immediate visual indication of operating conditions and helps operators identify flow interruptions, irregular flow conditions and possible blockages during process operation.
Durable Stainless Steel Construction
The FW Series is available with SS304, SS316 and SS316L body materials to suit different industrial fluid-handling requirements. The impeller can be selected in ABS plastic, PVDF or PPS with 40% glass fiber, providing different material options for process applications.
Flexible Pipeline Installation
The flow indicator supports threaded and flanged connection options with sizes ranging from ¼" to 8". Its inline installation makes it suitable for integration into different pipeline configurations where continuous visual flow observation is required.
